Appointments

We make every effort to schedule appointments at your convenience when time is available. Preschool children are seen in the morning when they are fresh & well rested. School children with treatment are also seen in the morning when they are well rested and can tolerate the procedures better. Please remember dental appointments are an EXCUSED school absence.

By maintaining regular dental care you can keep school absences to a minimum. Your child’s scheduled appointment time has been exclusively reserved for him/her. We request 48 hours advanced notice if you need to change your appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them.  Less than 48 hour reschedules, cancellations, or failed appointments are subject to a fee. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your assistance in this regard.
